Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data VPNHuman processes when you visit the website, use an account, or access subscription services, why it is used, and how to submit a privacy request. Account and billing records are handled separately from activity on international routes.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNHuman processes usernames, information needed to verify passwords, and account status to authenticate users, manage subscriptions, and protect accounts. Email is not required for registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and refund status. This information is used to verify payments, activate benefits, and resolve billing disputes. The service also processes remaining traffic, traffic usage, and subscription status to apply plan rules. These billing data do not include details of websites or pages visited.

When submitting a support request, provide only the information needed to investigate the issue. Do not send account passwords, complete payment credentials, or subscription links. Redact personal details in screenshots first.

Scope of the No-Logs Policy

VPNHuman follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain browsing history, pages visited, communication contents, or detailed DNS queries that could reconstruct browsing activity, or create lists of users' destinations.

During a route connection, temporary session state processed to forward data is used only for the active connection and is not retained as a history of past connections once the session ends. Connection logs that could link a source address, destination address, and connection time are not retained. Account login verification, order checks, and total traffic billing are not browsing records; their use is limited by this policy.

This policy applies to data processing by this service. It does not change the record-keeping practices of destination websites, user devices, or third-party platforms. When using other services, review their privacy notices as well.

Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, entry-point clicks, and device display behavior so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics may involve page paths, referrers, browser types, and visit events; they are not used to record browsing activity on international routes. Do not include passwords or subscription credentials in page URL parameters.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions, save login credentials, and store interface preferences. Users can restrict cookies, clear site data, or log out through their browser settings. Clearing this data may require logging in again. Clearing browser storage does not automatically delete account or order records on the server.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

Payments by Alipay / WeChat / USDT are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network. VPNHuman confirms benefits based on order and payment results and does not ask users to provide passwords for third-party payment accounts. Payment providers' own policies apply to the data they collect; records on public transaction networks are not controlled by this service.

When processing payments, refunds, or support requests, only the data needed to complete the task is shared with the relevant processor. VPNHuman does not sell account details. If required by applicable law or valid legal process, only information that must legally be provided is processed, and only to the necessary extent.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account details are retained until account services have ended and related requests have been resolved. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to fulfill transaction obligations, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Analytics are retained only for as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or aggregated so they can no longer be linked to an individual. This policy does not promise a fixed retention period in days.

After logging in, users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified to prevent accidental deletion. Deletion may affect login, subscriptions, and after-sales support. Records that must be retained by law or to resolve an open dispute will have their use restricted and will be handled once the retention reason no longer applies.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

VPNHuman will publish policy updates on this page and revise the last-updated month. Substantive changes to data use or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where a new use requires consent, consent will be requested separately; updating this page does not replace any required authorization.

If you have questions about this policy or specific data processing, describe the issue in a user panel support ticket. The Terms of Service explain the rules for using the service. Include the relevant order or issue category in your request to help us review it.
