Choose by usage pattern

Choose a billing option, then your data allowance

For regular access to international sites, consider a monthly plan. If you use the service less often, a data bundle may suit you better. The difference is how data is allocated and reset—not how many devices you can use.

Light use

Monthly Plan · 60GB

¥9.9 / month

  • 60GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 100+ countries / 150+ routes
  • 60-day money-back guarantee
Choose this plan

A good fit for browsing, research and messaging. If you’re figuring out your international access needs and don’t expect to transfer large files often, this tier can help you gauge how much data you use.

60GB is a monthly allowance, not unlimited data. Account for video streaming, file syncing and transfers across multiple devices. Use the panel’s usage records to estimate your needs instead of relying on connection time alone.

Everyday use

Monthly Plan · 250GB

¥18 / month

  • 250GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 100+ countries / 150+ routes
  • 60-day money-back guarantee
Choose this plan

For regular international access that includes web browsing, AI tools, video streaming or work-file syncing. This tier gives you more data for those activities than the light-use option.

Actual usage depends on video quality, file sizes and how your client routes traffic. Data allowances don’t translate into a fixed number of viewing hours. Check your recent usage before choosing a tier; it’s more reliable than the plan name alone.

Best value

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28 / month

  • 500GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 100+ countries / 150+ routes
  • 60-day money-back guarantee
Choose this plan

For frequent video streaming, large file transfers or switching between devices. The higher allowance offers more room, but remember to account for background syncing and other ongoing transfers.

“Best value” compares the per-GB price of monthly plans on this page only. It doesn’t mean everyone needs the largest tier, and it isn’t a comparison with data bundles. If you use less data, choose a tier that covers your actual needs.

Included with every plan

Shared service features

Choosing a plan mainly comes down to data and billing. You don’t need a larger data tier to assess device support, route coverage or privacy features.

Unlimited devices

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with client apps configurable on each device. Unlimited devices and unlimited data are not the same thing: the more devices you use at once, the more you’ll need to account for shared usage from file syncing, video streaming and other tasks.

Get client apps from the user panel. Sign in to access your subscription; iOS availability is subject to the conditions shown in the panel.

100+ countries / 150+ routes

First check which region the service you want to use requires, then choose a route based on your connection. Route coverage does not guarantee access to every site. Streaming platforms, AI tools and international websites may also check your account region, exit IP and their own access rules.

No logs

VPNHuman’s primary privacy commitment is a no-logs policy. For details on how data is handled across account activity, payments and service use, read the Privacy Policy. Your subscription link is an account access credential: keep it secure and don’t post it in public forums or share it with anyone who doesn’t need it.

Connection help and support tickets

To get started, follow the beginner’s guide to set up a client and import your subscription. If you run into an issue, describe what happened in a ticket through the panel. Include your platform, route region, what you were doing and any error message to help narrow down whether it’s an account issue, client configuration or a restriction on the destination site.

Monthly Plans vs. Data Bundles

Don’t compare price alone. Monthly plans provide an allowance that resets each month, while data bundles provide a total allowance you use over time. They’re designed for different usage patterns.

If you’re unsure how much data you need, start with your main activities. Browsing and messaging typically use data differently from continuous video streaming, and large file transfers are different again. We don’t convert plan allowances into fixed viewing hours because video quality, compression and background tasks all affect usage. Your own usage records in the panel are a more reliable guide than someone else’s idea of what’s “enough.”

If you already have a plan, check your current order, remaining data and reset date before making a change. Then review the change details for the new order. Monthly plan upgrade rules don’t automatically apply to data bundles, and a data bundle’s never-expiring balance doesn’t mean monthly plan data is kept indefinitely.

Payments and orders

Payment methods and checks

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

Check your plan before paying

In the user panel, select a plan and check its name, price, data allowance and billing option. Pay particular attention to the difference between monthly plans and data bundles: the former show a monthly allowance, while the latter show a total bundle size. If the order doesn’t match the tier you intended to choose, go back and check it again rather than skipping confirmation to finish faster.

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, following the instructions on the payment page. For USDT, carefully check the network, recipient details and amount shown on the page. Don’t reuse payment details from an old order or mix up the steps for different payment methods.

Check your order in the panel after paying

After payment, return to the panel to check your order status and account details, then make sure the plan matches the tier you selected. If the status hasn’t updated yet, keep your order details and payment confirmation; don’t immediately create the same order again or pay a second time. If you need help, submit the order details and a description of the issue through a ticket, and redact any personal information unrelated to the request.

Once your plan is confirmed, follow the beginner’s guide to get your subscription and configure a client. Payment, importing a subscription and connecting to a route are separate steps. If a particular site won’t load, don’t assume there’s a problem with your order; check your account status, client connection and the destination service’s regional rules separately.

Refund policy

60-day money-back guarantee

VPNHuman offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit your request through the ticket system with the relevant order details. See the Terms of Service for the full conditions; this page does not add separate interpretations.

Before submitting a ticket, decide whether you need help with a connection issue or want to request a refund, and state your goal clearly. If you also need help troubleshooting a route, include your platform, route region and any error message. These details help explain the issue but don’t replace a clear refund request.

Keep your ticket and order records after submitting your request, and check for replies in the panel. If more information is needed, provide only what’s relevant to that order. Don’t post payment receipts, account passwords or subscription links on public pages. No processing time is promised unless explicitly stated; check your ticket for updates.

Plan FAQs

How much do VPNHuman plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; other options are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data bundles cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB or ¥658/3000GB. Data is available until used and never expires. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date.

How many devices can I use with one plan?

There’s no device limit. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Keep an eye on your remaining data when using multiple devices: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

60-day money-back guarantee. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the ticket system, including the relevant order and your request. See the Terms of Service for the full conditions.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are accepted. Select a plan in the user panel, check the order amount and plan name, then follow the payment page instructions. After paying, return to the panel to check your order and account status.

When does monthly plan data reset? Can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the order details shown in the panel before confirming; the reset date is not the first day of each calendar month.

Do data bundles expire?

Data bundles last until used and never expire; they don’t reset monthly. They suit usage that varies over time. If you want to switch billing types or hold different products at the same time, confirm the account-specific rules through the ticket system first.
